DMCA Notice Requirements
For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information:

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notification by contacting our designated agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the removed content and its original location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake;
- Your name, address, and contact information.
